Evan Livingston is an interdisciplinary artist exploring the ways culture, design, architecture and craft influence each other.

While pursuing his BA in music composition he explored the physicality of sound and the ways in which it elicits emotions. After a meandering journey through the worlds of food, craft, design and technology he is drawn to creating physical objects as tools for exploring meaning and identity. For him, creating is an essentially playful act.

He grew up in Indiana and now resides in Portland, Oregon.
